I do my best to make sure that customers have a happy shopping experience! Here are some answers to some common questions:
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with something you buy from me, I will give you a full refund upon return of the item. If it gets damaged in the mail, I will replace it at no cost to you.
Why can’t you ship my order right away?
Actually, sometimes I can. If I happen to have the right photo and size in stock, I will ship it within 24 hours. However, I can’t keep all sizes of all photos on hand at all times, so I usually have to order the photos from a photo lab. I have them ship the photos to me so that I can make sure they are perfect for you. The process takes a few days, but the high quality of photo printing is worth it!
I live in Seattle – can I pick my order up from you to avoid shipping costs?
Probably! Contact me, and we should be able to work something out.
What if I want a print in a size not shown in the shop?
I can get prints in any size you can imagine! Just contact me, and I’ll let you know what your options and prices are.
I see a photo in your blog that I would like, but it isn’t available in the store.
Don’t worry, I can get prints of any photo you like! Just contact me to tell me which photo you want, and I’ll add it to the shop.
I live in the Seattle area, and would like you to photograph my garden/house/pets/wedding/family/aquarium/dryer lint. Will you do that?
Probably! Get in touch, and we’ll see what we can work out.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, I do! For wholesale pricing there is a minimum order of 10 cards or 5 prints (framing options available). Contact me, and we can discuss the details.
Where can I see your photography?
I display my photography at various venues throughout Seattle. Keep an eye on the home page – I will announce when and where my work is on display.
