Tiger Mountain, Greenlake, and the UW fountain

We had an active weekend, and then a rather busy beginning of the week, so I’m just now getting caught up on posting pictures.
We went for a walk at the Tiger Mountain Highpoint trailhead and it was…well, usually on hikes in the woods, we’re all happy and contented, but this time both of us were grumpy the whole time we were out there…
Consequently the only photo was a rather trite, if pretty, view of the Round Lake there, complete with swimming duck:

Then we had a sunny afternoon and took a walk around Greenlake and all the plants were still just waiting…. It has been gorgeous all week long, but it’s definitely still winter here, and the plants know it, but seem impatient (like us) for it to be over. But, there was a Coot posing nicely for me in the water:

And today Mount Rainier was just gorgeous reflected in the UW fountain, which has it’s token alligators present!
