Big and little things
I love spring here in Seattle because of all the lush green things growing, especially when they grow really suddenly, there can be a big divide in the size of similar flowers or leaves.
Wavy Fungi
This birch stump had a large number of pretty wavy fungi growing off it and was intriguing!
And, just to have some colour, here is a pretty batch of flowers.
Top down spring flowers
A whole bunch of flowers seemed like they were calling to be photographed from above this sunny afternoon.

These flowers were glistening so prettily in the sun after the spring rain.
Snowy November Day in Greenlake
We got a somewhat unexpected lump of snow today!
It was cold, but really neat out!
Mossy hike at Eagle Fern park
These evergreen trees were covered in moss, and ever so slightly leaning over the path

This gnarled tree root was looming above us, but quite sedentary and pretty with its coat of moss

Finally on the way back home the sun shone through this thin layer of leaves making the air underneath it absolutely glow!

Sunny day on Cougar Mountain
It was another beautiful sunny day with the ferns and leaves really enjoying the warmth

This tree was also really enjoying the sun and greeted us warmly on our way by
